Raven Sarnoff

Raven W. Sarnoff is a founding partner of Sarnoff + Sarnoff, an employee rights firm in the San Francisco Bay Area. She focuses her practice on employment law litigation, including cases involving workplace discrimination, harassment, retaliation, wage and hour violations, and wrongful termination throughout California. Raven has devoted her entire career to employment law litigation.

Raven earned her B.A. from the University of California Los Angeles, where she graduated magna cum laude. She received her law degree in 2005 from Loyola Law School, Los Angeles, where she served as an articles editor for the Loyola of Los Angeles Law Review. In law school, Raven was on the Dean’s List and received the Judge Barry Russell Award for Excellence in Federal Practice.

Raven has been named a Superlawyers Rising Star, first in Southern California and then Northern California, every year since 2009. This distinction is based on a peer review process and is awarded to only the top 2.5% of attorneys under age 40 or in practice for less than 10 years.

Raven regularly speaks and publishes articles regarding employment law, legal ethics, and legal marketing. She holds memberships with The Bar Association of San Francisco and the California Employment Lawyers Association.

Raven is a member of The State Bar of California and is licensed to practice before all state courts. She is also admitted to the U.S. District Courts for the Northern, Central, and Southern Districts of California, the U.S. Court of Appeals for the 9th Circuit, and the Supreme Court of the United States.
